This is a great read. It is not anti-semitims at all!!!

This book is not anti-semitism, its quite the opposite really. Its exposing people who claim to be jews but are not particularly the Rothschild family line, they are fake jews who run the monetary system of the world, they own most of the major banks of the world including the federal reserve, and this gives them the power to control world affairs. They steal, kill and destroy, to to build their own kingdom, they cause all the major wars and they fund both sides because there is money in it for them, they don't care about the deaths of millions of people. Its all about their hunger for power and control and amass the all the wealth of the world. They want to own all the land and most of it they already do. All the crown land that you can't touch and all the so called reserves belong to them. They are like snake and scorpions who weasled themselves into governments as secret agents and gained control over the people. There is blood on their hands. They've killed and murdered many people to get their way. This evil group of people originated from Khazaria which is where Georgia is now. Please do your rearch before making a judgement. Its not the author of the book who calls them the "synagogue of satan", but Jesus himself. Read Revelation 3:9 in the bible. He says: "I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be jews though they are not, but liars, I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you." Worth Every Penny...

As for the addition included of, The Protocols..., even if read as fiction, like Iron Heel or 1984, causes one to contemplate current events and mechanisms established culturally, financially, academically, and with regards to media-control, revisionist history and the Global Banking cabal. It may have it's flaws in structure but it's popularity stems from it's power to shockingly match our history and present time.
The Synagogue of Satan is a work that makes a case towards validation and enlightens one's contemplation regarding the above, Protocols. It's two books in one that should be read together, regardless of whether one believes in the authenticity of the Protocols or not.
It would be redundant to review in full regarding the other pro-reviews of which I "mostly" agree. I simply wanted to add a 5-star rating for a well compiled and fairly priced book along with a, Thank you, to the author.

About the Author
Emmanuel Rosencher is a highly regarded scientist in the field of optoelectronics. Formerly head of the physics laboratory at the Central Research Laboratory of Thomson-CSF, he is now Research Director at the Physics Branch of ONERA (the French National Aerospace Research Agency) and an Associate Professor at the Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France. Rosencher is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Borge Vinter is also a highly regarded scientist in the field of optoelectonics. He is a Senior Scientist at the Corporate Research Laboratory of the THALES Group (formerly Thomson-CSF). He teaches semiconductor physics for graduate students at the Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University. Vinter is a Member of the Société Française de Physique and of the American Physical Society.

Very good book, detailed, alternative to Yariv or Saleh

Broad coverage, but goes into enough detail to show you how to

calculate things like the effects of compressive or tensile strain on the energy levels in quantum wells or how to get the emission width of an LED. Readable and well laid out. A good alternative at a similar level to Yariv's Modern Optical Electronics or Chuang's Physics of Optoelectronic Devices and slightly higher than Saleh's Fundamentals of Photonics or Bhattacharya's Semiconductor Optoelectronics (I think all of above are good textbooks). Not as detailed in lasers as Coldren/Corzine's Diode Laser..., or Schubert's LED book, but the coverage is broader. The authors stick in the odd Mathematica program lines on occasion, which I find annoying in the text but are a minor defect (I think readers can develop their own models in Mathematica, MathCad, or whatever). Overall a good buy.

Best detailed description of Antikythera Device yet

Best and most detailed description of this unique and surprising artifact that I have seen. I have a special interest in complex 'pre-computer' technology and computing and this device is unique in that respect. Many references about this device are more for archaeologists, but this one goes into more technical and schematic detail, which is just what I was looking for. I have the Kindle version and even the most detailed diagrams show well in the larger color formats, such as on iPad and presumably on Kindle Fire as well.
