This is a "Textbook"?

As previously stated in other reviews, this "textbook" is a glorified magazine that costs over a $100 brand new.
It does have some great information in it, but it's just not worth the money. At least when I buy my Calculus and Physics books for $300, I know I'm getting $300 worth of hard-cover-bound pages full of formulas and theorems I can reference back on over time.
This "textbook" will be useless after the course is finished.
Also, Amazon LLC will ship it in a padded yellow envelope, and it will most likely not look "Brand New" when it gets to you. Mine wasn't even shrink-wrapped.

easy to read

I expected this book to read like a typical dry uninteresting text book. but I was wrong. The chapters were engaging, the topics fresh and throughout there are many real world examples. this is the first time i've ever finished every chapter of assigned reading.
